Where do we ship?

As we are a Vancouver British Columbia based company, with our website, we are only able to ship across CANADA only. If you are not in Canada, please refer to Bonpoint Paris for all international shipping. If you have any questions , please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What shipping provider do we use?

The primary shipping company we use for Bonpoint Vancouver is CANADA POST, which offers express shipping as well as standard shipping through our website. If you have a FedEx or UPS account and wish for your items to be shipped through them, feel free to contact us and we will help with scheduling a pickup.

What is the return / exchange policy?

Return to gift card and exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn, merchandise within 10 days of delivery. The return amount will be credited to a gift card or to store credit. Sale products and promo orders are final sale. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit. Note that the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs to Vancouver, Canada, or they can visit the shop at 1512 W 14th Ave. to process the return / exchange.
